Refund, Return, Warranty, Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Parts are returnable provided they have not been installed, used or damaged and are returned within 30 days of purchase. You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping) and there will be a Restocking Fee of 20% on ALL returned parts.  Parts returned as used or incomplete, or parts returned to a different address will receive no refund.  Parts that are returned as wrong parts or defective are subject to a full restocking fee.  A RMA form must accompany all returns.
  • Please see the information on handling warranty issues.  Parts returned as wrong part or defective will be subject to the rules above.  Installed parts returned as defective or wrong, without prior approval by our staff, will not be refunded.  Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.   If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back but we can't recover the shipping cost.
  • If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Summary of Above Terms:
    • NO returns will be accepted without a RMA Form
    • A 20% restock fee apply for all returns
    • NO returns will be accepted after 30 days.
    • If an exception is made and a return is accepted after 30 Days there will be a 40% restocking fee.
    • Merchandise MUST be in new condition.
    • All freight must be pre-paid by the customer.
    • SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE  You will lose shipping (actual shipping charges if you received free shipping)
    • Part must be new, uninstalled, in original box

Warranty Parts

  • We offer the highest quality parts available, but in some rare cases there are manufacturer’s defects.  If you have a defective item under warranty we offer options to make warranty service easier for you. In most cases you have the following options for warranty service: 1) You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement. 2) You may pay for a new item and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and you will be refunded less the cost of shipping
  • Your original invoice serves as your proof of warranty so make sure you keep it
  • Part that are covered under warranty will be exchanged for the identical parts
  • For parts that arrive defective see the policies below
  • This warranty process does not apply to Catalytic converters

Parts Damaged in Shipping, Warranty Parts, Parts Received Defective and Parts Sent in Error

  • If you have been inconvenienced by a part that was damaged in shipping, received defective or sent in error:  In cases were items shows damaged in shipping, received defective or sent in error we need to have pictures emailed to us to verify the mistake
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for any such item returned within 30 days of the original ship date.  After 30 days we cannot accept the item back
  • If you choose a refund for the part, we will refund your shipping and handling expenses for a part sent to you in error, received defective or damaged in shipping. This refund will be automatically credited upon receipt and inspection of the part. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.
  • If you choose to exchange the part for a duplicate, you will not be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the replacement part. Shipping and handling charges on the original part will be applied to the replacement; they will not be refunded. 
  • Exchanges for unlike parts require a refund and new purchase.
  • We will also pay for return shipping to us for a part sent to you in error or damaged in shipping. If you believe you qualify and want us to pay for return shipping, call us at 1-800-209-9598 before attempting to return the part. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

    CONVERTERS AND EXHAUST MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED AND NOT RETURNED FOR A REFUND

Core returns

  • To return your core for credit, first drain all fluids from the part. Then seal the core in the plastic bag included in the new part's box.
  • Place the return shipping label on the outside  of the box and mail it.
  • Returns are processed everyday as they are received and inspected.
  • You may expect refunds to be issued within 10 days of returning an order.
  • Depending on your bank's / financial institution's processing time, you may expect to see the refund in your account between three to thirty days from the time it is issued by our company
